Delivery & Tracking
- Standard Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Tracking Details: A tracking link will be provided once your order is dispatched.
- Note: In some cases, delivery times may be extended as we are in the process of acquiring new shipping partners to improve our service.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
- Request Period: You can request a return, refund, or replacement within 3 days of delivery.
- Approval Process: INSCIPE reserves the right to approve or deny refund/replacement requests.
- Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 6-7 working days after the order is picked up.
- Request Rejection: Refund/replacement requests may be rejected due to incorrect product information.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Allowed: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
- No Cancellation: Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
How to Cancel or Request a Return/Refund
- Go to ‘My Orders’ – Click on the profile icon located on the left side of the header.
- Check Eligibility – If eligible, you will see the option to request a refund or replacement.
- Ineligible Orders – If your order is not eligible, a friendly message will explain why.
Friendly Note (If Refund or Cancellation Is Not Possible)
If your order has already been shipped or the 3-day return window has passed:
"We're sorry, but we cannot process your request. Orders can only be canceled before shipping, and refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. Since your order does not meet these conditions, we are unable to proceed. However, we truly value you as a customer! If you have any concerns, please reach out to us—we’re happy to assist you! 😊"
